This feature allows users to switch to pre-set gripping options with just one touch, enabling them to carry out their daily activities more efficiently.
What is the Össur Auto-Grasp Feature?
This feature applies a preset force to ensure that the prosthetic hand firmly grasps objects. When the user firmly grasps an object, the prosthetic hand automatically increases the gripping force, preventing the object from slipping out of the hand.
What is the Össur Vari-Grip Feature?
Össur Vari-Grip is a feature that provides additional gripping power to prosthetic users. This feature allows users to adjust the gripping force of the prosthetic hand according to their needs. Users can choose from a total of 36 pre-programmed and customized function options tailored to their daily activities.
It is manufactured with titanium fingers.
Increases carrying load by 50% and grip strength by up to 30%.
Provides a 30% increase in speed to enhance power and functionality.
Includes gesture control sensors.
i-Limb Quantum incorporates motion control and is the only myoelectric hand capable of changing grip modes with a single movement.
Moving i-Limb Quantum in any of four directions is sufficient to reach the desired grip mode.
The electronically rotating thumb can be manually disabled and automatically transitions between lateral and oppositional grip positions for optimal grasping.
